He has held senior positions at Swerock AB, where he currently serves as Deputy Regional Manager with responsibility for regional operations and long-term development initiatives.

Over the years, Magnus has developed strong expertise in sustainability, industry collaboration and corporate governance, as well as extensive experience in stakeholder engagement. He also serves on the boards of Sveriges Bergmaterialindustri SBMI AB (Chairman since 2022), Kungsörs Grusaktiebolag (since 2009) and Svenskt Näringsliv (since 2022).

She has previously held senior executive positions at Saab and Bombardier Transportation and served as CEO of Transdev Sweden. Today, she runs her own company focusing on executive management, senior advisory and board assignments.

Throughout her career, Anna has built strong expertise in business transformation, strategy and driving profitable growth in complex international environments.

In her role as board member at Argo Defence Group, Anna contributes with broad industry experience, strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of change management and strategic development, supporting the company’s growth and competitiveness in both national and international markets.

Education: Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Luleå University of Technology.

Mariem has over 25 years of international experience, having worked across multiple countries and industries. With a broad background in areas such as business development, finance, management, sales, procurement and logistics, she has developed a strong holistic perspective and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments. Her career includes key roles in management, business development, controlling and project management—particularly in projects involving multiple stakeholders.

She has many years of experience working with complex procurement financed by multilateral development organizations such as the UN and the World Bank. Her previous professional background includes positions at Business Sweden, Scania, The Coca-Cola Company and Shell.

In her current roles as CEO of Swedish Net Air & Defence and Deputy CEO of Argo Defence Group, Mariem is responsible for management, business development, sales and procurement. She plays a central role in driving both companies’ strategic initiatives and operational excellence, contributing with her extensive experience, cross-functional insight and leadership capabilities.

Education: Master of Science in Business and Economics with a specialization in International Business and Strategy, Uppsala University.

Markus has over 30 years of experience in various leadership and operational roles, with a strong background in project management and executive management. As the founder of both Argo Defence Group and Disarmament Solutions, he has played a central role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction and establishing its foundation within the defence and security industry.

Throughout his career, Markus has held senior positions including CEO and project manager, with responsibilities spanning corporate management, business development, and operations. He possesses extensive expertise in project execution, leadership and strategic growth—particularly within security-related and technically complex projects.

In his current roles as CEO of Argo Defence Group and Disarmament Solutions, Markus oversees overall management, finance, business development and sales. He continues to drive the Group’s growth and development, utilising decades of experience and a proven track record in delivering complex projects in sectors such as nuclear power, defence and aviation.

Lars Granbom has over 35 years of experience in the high-tech industry, with a strong background in wireless systems, communications and test solutions, particularly within the automotive and defence sectors. He has previously held senior roles in several technology companies and has extensive experience in leading young high-tech companies from idea stage to market establishment.

Over the years, Lars has built strong expertise in strategic management, corporate governance and business growth and has been involved in several successful IPO processes, including Gapwaves AB and Scandinavian Astor Group AB.

In his current role as Chairman of the Board at Argo Defence Group, Lars is responsible for leading the board, ensuring efficient governance and supporting the CEO in the company’s strategic planning. He plays a key role in providing the company with long-term direction and creating conditions for sustainable growth and innovation.

Education: Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Chalmers University of Technology — specialization in wireless communication, antennas, radar sensors, and high-frequency engineering.
