Incentive program 2025/2028
There are 100,000 warrants under the incentive program 2025/2028 for the board of directors of the Company. Each warrant shall entitle the holder to subscribe for one new share in Argo at a subscription price corresponding to SEK 22.1. If all warrants are exercised, the company will receive SEK 2.21 million. Subscription of shares with the support of the warrants shall be made in accordance with the terms of the warrants from 15 October 2028 up to and including 31 December 2028. Upon full exercise of the warrants, the share capital may increase by SEK 3 465,39. See table below for distribution.
