Calendar & General Meetings

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Argo Defence Group AB’s highest decision-making body, where shareholders exercise their rights and vote on key matters such as the adoption of financial statements, allocation of profits, election of Board members and auditors, and amendments to the Articles of Association. In addition to the AGM, the company may hold Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) when necessary to decide on specific issues.
