Head of investor relations & communications

Experience

Isabelle has experience in project management, procurement, sales, customer relations, and corporate communication. At Swedish Net Air & Defence, she has supported public procurement processes, contributed to structured project delivery and managed key documentation and communication flows. Her structured approach and experience working in regulated environments form a strong foundation for her investor-facing responsibilities.

She has also contributed to developing the Group’s digital and communication framework, including its Investor Relations structure, website architecture and external messaging. This work has provided her with valuable insight into capital market communication and the requirements for transparent and compliant reporting.

As Head of Investor Relations & Communications for Argo Defence Group, Isabelle is responsible for the Group’s IR platform, investor communication and digital presence. She contributes with a strategic mindset, analytical abilities and a cross-functional perspective that supports both governance processes and the Group’s external positioning.

Head of Business Development Ukraine

Experience

Fredrik brings over 30 years of experience in the defense sector, primarily through his long-standing career with the Swedish Armed Forces. His distinguished background includes service as a lieutenant colonel and doctoral studies at the Swedish Defence University. His expertise spans mine clearance, strategic consulting and leadership roles in both military and civilian contexts, including senior positions at the Swedish EOD and Demining Centre (SWEDEC). He has served as an advisor to multiple countries, including Ukraine and has worked in war-torn regions supporting security, reconstruction and stabilization efforts.

In his current role as CEO of Disarmament Solutions Ukraine, Fredrik leads the company’s operations in one of the world’s most complex and urgent environments. He also serves as Business Development Manager for the Group’s Ukraine initiative, driving the development of innovative capabilities and partnerships. His deep field experience, strategic insight and strong commitment to humanitarian and security-driven innovation are central to the Group’s mission and long-term presence in the region.

interim Chief financial officer (cfo)

Experience

Nicklas is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate reporting and structured finance. He has served in CFO and Country Manager roles across both international and listed companies, consistently focusing on financial governance, restructuring and organizational development. He also brings a strong background in treasury, accounting and operational finance.

As Interim CFO of Argo Group, Nicklas is responsible for financial planning, group reporting and internal controls. His role includes leading the development of the Group’s finance function, establishing efficient structures and routines and ensuring accurate and transparent communication with key stakeholders.

He brings extensive experience from his years as CFO at Frilans Finans, a listed company, where he led a comprehensive financial restructuring, strengthened board reporting processes and supported the company through a successful IPO. In addition, he spent over a decade at Deutsche Leasing, where he built and managed the Nordic operations, assuming full responsibility for financial performance, regulatory compliance and strategic development.

Mariem has over 25 years of international experience, having worked across multiple countries and industries. With a broad background in areas such as business development, finance, management, sales, procurement and logistics, she has developed a strong holistic perspective and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments. Her career includes key roles in management, business development, controlling and project management—particularly in projects involving multiple stakeholders.

She has many years of experience working with complex procurement financed by multilateral development organizations such as the UN and the World Bank. Her previous professional background includes positions at Business Sweden, Scania, The Coca-Cola Company and Shell.

In her current roles as CEO of Swedish Net Air & Defence and Deputy CEO of Argo Defence Group, Mariem is responsible for management, business development, sales and procurement. She plays a central role in driving both companies’ strategic initiatives and operational excellence, contributing with her extensive experience, cross-functional insight and leadership capabilities.

As the founder of both Argo Defence Group and Disarmament Solutions, he has played a central role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction and establishing its foundation within the defence and security industry.

Throughout his career, Marcus has held senior positions including CEO and project manager, with responsibilities spanning corporate management, business development, and operations. He possesses extensive expertise in project execution, leadership and strategic growth—particularly within security-related and technically complex projects.

In his current roles as CEO of Argo Defence Group and Disarmament Solutions, Marcus oversees overall management, finance, business development and sales. He continues to drive the Group’s growth and development, utilising decades of experience and a proven track record in delivering complex projects in sectors such as nuclear power, defence and aviation.
