Nicklas is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate reporting and structured finance. He has served in CFO and Country Manager roles across both international and listed companies, consistently focusing on financial governance, restructuring and organizational development. He also brings a strong background in treasury, accounting and operational finance.

As Interim CFO of Argo Group, Nicklas is responsible for financial planning, group reporting and internal controls. His role includes leading the development of the Group’s finance function, establishing efficient structures and routines and ensuring accurate and transparent communication with key stakeholders.

He brings extensive experience from his years as CFO at Frilans Finans, a listed company, where he led a comprehensive financial restructuring, strengthened board reporting processes and supported the company through a successful IPO. In addition, he spent over a decade at Deutsche Leasing, where he built and managed the Nordic operations, assuming full responsibility for financial performance, regulatory compliance and strategic development.

Head of Business Development Ukraine

Experience

Fredrik brings over 30 years of experience in the defense sector, primarily through his long-standing career with the Swedish Armed Forces. His distinguished background includes service as a lieutenant colonel and doctoral studies at the Swedish Defence University. His expertise spans mine clearance, strategic consulting and leadership roles in both military and civilian contexts, including senior positions at the Swedish EOD and Demining Centre (SWEDEC). He has served as an advisor to multiple countries, including Ukraine and has worked in war-torn regions supporting security, reconstruction and stabilization efforts.

In his current role as CEO of Disarmament Solutions Ukraine, Fredrik leads the company’s operations in one of the world’s most complex and urgent environments. He also serves as Business Development Manager for the Group’s Ukraine initiative, driving the development of innovative capabilities and partnerships. His deep field experience, strategic insight and strong commitment to humanitarian and security-driven innovation are central to the Group’s mission and long-term presence in the region.

In her current roles as CEO of Swedish Net Air & Defence and Deputy CEO of Argo Defence Group, Mariem is responsible for management, business development, sales and procurement. She plays a central role in driving both companies’ strategic initiatives and operational excellence, contributing with her extensive experience, cross-functional insight and leadership capabilities.

Throughout his career, Markus has held senior positions including CEO and project manager, with responsibilities spanning corporate management, business development, and operations. He possesses extensive expertise in project execution, leadership and strategic growth—particularly within security-related and technically complex projects.

In his current roles as CEO of Argo Defence Group and Disarmament Solutions, Markus oversees overall management, finance, business development and sales. He continues to drive the Group’s growth and development, utilising decades of experience and a proven track record in delivering complex projects in sectors such as nuclear power, defence and aviation.

Lars Granbom has over 35 years of experience in the high-tech industry, with a strong background in wireless systems, communications and test solutions, particularly within the automotive and defence sectors. He has previously held senior roles in several technology companies and has extensive experience in leading young high-tech companies from idea stage to market establishment.

Over the years, Lars has built strong expertise in strategic management, corporate governance and business growth and has been involved in several successful IPO processes, including Gapwaves AB and Scandinavian Astor Group AB.

In his current role as Chairman of the Board at Argo Defence Group, Lars is responsible for leading the board, ensuring efficient governance and supporting the CEO in the company’s strategic planning. He plays a key role in providing the company with long-term direction and creating conditions for sustainable growth and innovation.

Experience

Patrik has many years of experience in repair and maintenance work at airports, with a background in the construction and engineering industries. He has previously held roles in site management as well as in machinery and method development within microtrenching. Over the years, Patrik has built strong expertise in airport maintenance, particularly in preventive measures designed to extend the lifespan of pavements, joints and concrete surfaces.

In his current role as CEO of Zel-Aaren Innovation and CEO of LPG Trafikmarkeringar AB, Patrik is responsible for project management, communication and business development. He plays a key role in the company’s innovation initiatives and contributes to its continued expansion and growth.
