LPG Trafikmarkeringar joins Swedish Net Air & Defence, expanding expertise in long-term airfield maintenance
Swedish Net Air & Defence, one of the subsidiaries within Argo Defence Group, is strengthening its offering for military and civilian airports through entering into an agreement regarding the acquisition of LPG Trafikmarkeringar.
LPG Trafikmarkeringar brings extensive expertise in airfield maintenance, with long-standing experience in repair, reinforcement, surface painting, and casting. By ensuring durable surfaces and clear markings, the company contributes to maintaining safe and efficient airport operations.
The acquisition enables Swedish Net Air & Defence to deliver a broader and more integrated service portfolio within airfield operations – ranging from advanced installations to ongoing maintenance of runways, taxiways, and aprons. Together, the companies strengthen their position as a strategic full-service provider for the needs of both military and civilian airports.
The completion of the acquisitions of LPG Trafikmarkeringar is subject to customary conditions as well as approval from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP) pursuant to the Act (2023:560) on the Review of Foreign Direct Investments.
